Flower practice went well today. We met early at Columbia Road Market to pick up roses and a variety of other flowers for the centrepieces, then back to mine to trial-run Rosie’s bouquet…
These aren’t the exact roses she’s having on the day, but they were the nearest size we could find.
It wasn’t as hard as I imagined it might be, although I’m keen to make sure they’re a little more even when it comes to doing the real thing. Which I keep telling myself will be fine (breathe…) Claire’s going to be helping and I’m almost certain we’ll recruit Mark into some kind of quality-control role. And Rosie was happy with the trial, so that’s the main thing!
Two weeks & counting…
