So all the floral research, planning & rehearsal finally came together on Saturday…
Rosie’s bouquet worked out really well, the roses were just beautiful & the sprigs of rosemary survived the course
An availability issue at Covent Garden Flower market meant a last-minute change of colour for the bridesmaid bouquets – but on reflection, I think the deep red worked much better than the original planned pale cream
And the table decorations worked out really well too – we went for white phlox as the contrast flower in the end, which Rosie was really pleased with & I think looked great with the crysanths…
Mark designed the wedding invites and then carried the font and design through to the table numbers and place cards. The dining room looked beautiful, especially as it was getting dark by the time we sat down to eat and the night lights looked wonderful
The bridal party had such a laugh… and you have to agree, Rosie looked stunning. Although it has to be said that the few minutes before we did the ‘down the aisle’ walk will go down as some of the most stressful ever.
But I can witter on about flowers, table decorations & bridesmaiding until the cows come home, the most important thing is that these two lovely people are now Mr & Mrs…
And we were lucky enough to be part of it. Amazing.
Lots of love to you, Mr & Mrs Reardon!
