I finished up my stitch swap project at the weekend…
I knew the recipient liked coral and grey, so I picked the best-match colours I had in my stash. And I wanted to do something a little personal, so I picked her first initial and used a pattern from an antique stitch pattern book I found in Honfleur last October.
It had to be finished and ready to hang, so I chose to back my piece using felt and the invisible stitching I learnt at the RSN last week.
And finished it off with a Bramble Bird label.
I popped it in the post yesterday with a little extra surprise of some chocolate from Fortnum & Mason… I really hope she likes it!
