In other news, the blanket is coming on — I’m over half-way through now. Which means I started another project, obviously. The jumper I’ve been toying with for Mark. It’s a cable knit aran and is SO complicated it takes me about 45 minutes to knit two lines. In a silent room with no distractions. Hmmm.
I think I might dedicate my Friday off this week to the patchwork quilt, might be fun for a change. And let’s face it, it’s hard to get enthusiastic about aran-weight knitting when it’s 28 degrees outside…
